How do I use my DigiTicket?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number. When you arrive simply tell the instructor who you are - we like to work on names, rather than numbers, but you should have the number handy in case of any confusion – particularly if someone else made the booking for you and the names may not match our list.  Don’t worry about the barcode that the booking system generates – we avoid using electronic gadgets that may get wet out of doors so we don’t use barcode readers.

Do you issue refunds?

No, payment for any of the events which you can book online is non-refundable.  You will appreciate that some people just won’t turn up if it is threatening to rain and we would be constantly making refunds, yet turning other people away as we are holding places for those people who decide not to come.  However, should we have to cancel an event because of weather or water conditions we will refund if required, though we prefer to offer an alternative date  – we’d far rather see you out enjoying yourself on a later date than simply return the money.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number – when you get that you will know that the booking has been successful.  Our staff will have a list of everyone who has booked in for the event – just turn up a few minutes ahead of time, give them your name and they will look after you.  Occasionally they might need the number so do have it handy, but we generally use people’s names!

I don't have a printer...

You don’t need to print the ticket – just make a note of the Booking Reference Number in case someone of the same name happens to turn up, or in case someone else booked the event for you and has used their own name instead of yours.

Do I have to book online?

Yes -  due to Covid-19 we are trying to reduce the amount of shared paper work and avoid cash handling so now everything is being done online.  We can still arrange bespoke events - we will send you a private link to allow you to pay online, when we have agreed details and prices.  We no longer offer just turn up options - to make sure everyone is traceable. 

How can I get in contact with you?

Send an e-mail to info@mobileteamadventure.co.uk and John or Stella will answer as quickly as possible.  You can also call or text John on 07749011283 or message him via our Facebook page – it might take a while for John to reply if he is in the middle of running an activity, but he will get back to you as soon as he can.  At the moment, we can't recommend calling the landline - we aren't always there to answer it.

What happens if I need to self-isolate due to Covid-19?

Please let us know as quickly as possible.  If you can't come we will do our best to re-schedule for you, if you have let us know in advance rather than just not turned up.  We may ask to see test results before re-scheduling, to protect our staff and other people.  

If we have to cancel because some of our staff are affected, we will, of course let you know as soon as we possibly can and either re-schedule or refund.
